Hi Kayla! We do not suggest using Digest Ease while pregnant because it contains Anise Star and Fennel. We recommend speaking with a certified aromatherapist when choosing to use essential oils during pregnancy.

Hi Cydney! A 1% dilution equates to approximately 5-6 drops per two tablespoons of carrier oil. When diffusing essential oils, you do not need to dilute them. However, if you are using a water based diffuser you would follow the guidelines given by the manufacturer of quantity of oil to use; we typically suggest anywhere between 5 and 25 drops. You can apply blends to the temples, wrists, back of next, bottoms of feet, or in the bath! Just be sure to dilute them properly when using them in these ways (even in the bath).

I just received three essential oils for my children from you. I know the dilution is 1%, which means 2 drops to a 10 ml. rollerball, right? My question is, how many drops would you use if diffusing these oils for children? Also, is there a particular place to put the oils on their bodies that would benefit them the most? Would it be beneficial to add them to a bath, such as sniffles and sneezes, breathe in breathe out and, if so, how many drops? I am so enjoying learning about essential oils and their benefits. Thanks for your help.
