Hi Deb! Our Frankincense & Myrrh blend can be used topically. We always recommend diluting essential oils at 3%, for healthy adults. 3% dilution = 15-18 drops of essential oil per 2 Tbsp. of carrier

There is no “be inspired” section detailing how to use the Frankincense and Myrrh blend. Can it be used topically without a carrier oil or must it be diluted?

I got a number of synergy blends for gifts this year, however for people that don’t regularly use essential oils I wanted to give them some information on how best to use, however, not every blend specifies how to use or if it needs to be diluted. Is it possible to get that information for the following: Stress Relief, Uplift, Sleep Ease, Good Night, Digest Ease, Relaxation, and Energy Boost? Thank you!
