TUMMY MASSAGE: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 6 drops each of Black Pepper, Ginger, Peppermint and Sweet Orange, then fill with Sweet Almond oil and shake to mix. Apply a teaspoon over the tummy and gently massage in the direction that the large intestine flows. (2% dilution)
