How long will my Edens Garden products stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?

Edens Garden stores all products in glass bottles to help maintain all vital therapeutic properties. It is best to keep all oils out of direct sunlight and/ or extreme weather changes. Many oils get better with age.

How do I get more in depth information on your essential oils?

We offer MSDS/Certificate of Analysis sheets on all of our oils. Simply contact us if you would like further information.

Do you test on animals and do your products contain animal-derived ingredients?

Edens Garden does not test on animals nor do any of our products contain animal derived ingredients.

Does Edens Garden sell wholesale or to stores?

At this time, we do not sell any of our products wholesale. We have chosen to keep our prices low by offering our customers our wholesale prices.

Are your products safe for pregnant women to use?

We recommend that any expectant mother check with her physician before using any essential oils.

Do you offer online coupons?

Yes, we often run online promotion code offers to "Our Garden" members. These offers are redeemable for orders placed on edensgarden.com and cannot be used on other websites. These coupons are sent via email from "Our Garden" e-newsletter

Can I order if I'm outside the United States?

We are sorry, but products purchased on edensgarden.com can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States. Please visit Amazon.com to place all international orders.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment for online orders must be made with a credit card. We accept the following:

We will charge your card and email an order confirmation number to you.

How does Edens Garden ship products and what are the rates?

All packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, First Class or Expedited for delivery. We normally ship orders within 2 business day of receipt. Our standard shipping is First Class. Most orders will arrive within 7 business days.

Please note that larger orders are sent with delivery signature confirmation required.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Once you submit your order, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Edens Garden guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase of our products. If you are not 100% pleased with your purchase, please return items within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

I'm not comfortable ordering online. Can I call in my order?

Edens Garden can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We understand shipping fees can be a barrier to purchasing online. We make it as easy as possible! Every order above $75 qualifies for free shipping and below that, shipping is kept low.
