It may be more commonly used as a culinary herb, but Parsley is also a wonderfully nutritious plant that is very high in vitamins A and C. Parsley can be extraordinary in refreshing breath.

A biennial or short-lived perennial herb that grows 70 cms and produces wrinkled bright green foliage, Parsley has small greenish-yellow flowers and petite brown seeds. To extract the essential oil, the seeds are put through a steam distillation method. Try mixing Parsley with your favorite citrus oil to create an entirely unique aroma.
