Essential Oil Sugar Scrub for Cellulite

You may be thinking, “sweet things are the cause of my cellulite,” but this thing’s so sweet, it does quite the opposite. Sugar scrubs are great, because scrubbing with grainy, coarse sugar helps to remove dead skin, leaving you with softer, healthier skin. The added Coconut oil is also skin nourishing, and moisturizing. Sugar scrubs are fun to make, and give away as a gift or party favor, as well.

What you need:

Jar (about 8 oz.)

1 C. Sugar

⅓ C. Coconut Oil

12 drops Cellulite blend

  1. In a bowl, combine sugar, Coconut oil, and add in Cellulite blend
  2. While showering or bathing, scrub problem areas with the body scrub
  3. Rinse well and enjoy soft, beautiful looking skin!

Hi De! Our 10 ml roll-ons can only contain about 1 tsp of carrier oil. So to obtain a 3% dilution rate in 1 tsp of carrier oil, you would add 5-6 drops of Cellulite synergy blend. Once, at most twice daily is recommended.

Hello, Just double checking to insure I am following your recommendation correctly. I bought the Cellulite Oil. I have put it into a roller bottle with Coconut Oil. I put roughly 2 tablespoons of Coconut Oil and 15 drops of Cellulite Oil. Shake it up and roll it on the Cellulite on my upper arm and stomach. (I do not need to wash it off)
How often should I roll this on? Daily-Weekly?
    Thanks in advance!

Hi Milissa! We recommend diluting the oil prior to topical use. You can dilute using a carrier oil or lotion. A 3% dilution rate is suggested for general topical use on healthy adults.

3% = 15-18 drops of EO per 2 Tbsp of carrier

Hi Jillian! Cocoa butter is considered a carrier because it dilutes the essential oil, so you would take into account all carriers.

    3% dilution= 60-72 drops of Cellulite per 4 oz. or 1/2 c. carrier
