I would like to make a roll on vetiver/carrier oil for use on the bottoms of my feet at night for sleep and anxiety. Is there a “recipe” for amount of vetiver to carrier to put in the roll on?

To Donna: Doterra doesn’t show their customers their testing. All talk and no show, but Edens Garden is very transparent about their testing thankfully

Hi Donna! We third party test all of our oils, and these reports are available on each of our single oils product pages under “Reports.”

Doterra uses a 3rd party testing on its oils to show the purity of their oils. What do you have that is available for us to see that your oils are as pure?

Hi Louise! When it comes to specific medical questions, we recommend working with your doctor and an aromatherapist who can provide you with safe guidelines that meet your specific needs.

I have asthma which is under control with preventative medication. However, I would like to know which oils would ease my airways and relax me, either in a diffuser or to apply to my chest when I am having an episode. Many thanks.

Hi Morgan! Try removing the food from the pantry and spraying it with a deodorizing spray. To make a deodorizing spray, combine 4 oz distilled water, 2 tsp grain alcohol and 40- 50 drops of the oils of your choice (Aroma Fresh, Cleaning, Citrus Cream, Purify, etc.) in a glass spray bottle. Shake well to combine

Hello,
This will be my first order and I was wondering if the Roll on Oils for kids are already diluted and if we can apply directly onto the skin?

Hi Kimberly! We generally recommend a 3% dilution rate. This equals to 6 drops of Immunity in 2 tsp of Coconut oil

Hi Simmons Deborah, we don’t recommend casual internal use. In fact, to receive an aromatherapy certification, many times internal use is not taught as this is only reserved for severe illness and medical issues. With that said, we suggest working with an aromatherapist if you wish to learn more about using EOs internally.

Is shipping always free or is this only during the holidays?

Simmons Deborah

I meed a better answer to the internal question. I understand you can not make health claims, but I need to know which of your oils are safe to be used internally assuming no meical issues and cleared by a physician. For example, wild orange, lemon, peppermint and can I use internally as I do with doterra oils?

I want to reask LaShea’s question. Are your oils SAFE to to take internally? I know some aren’t but oils such as Lemon, Lime, etc., are they safe if suggested by a trained aromatherapist?

Hi LaShea! We don’t suggest internal use without consulting a doctor and aromatherapist who can provide you with safe guidelines that meets your individual needs
