Happy National Relaxation Day!
If you’re having a case of the Monday blues, we want you to know, we get it. Your week includes a full schedule and a monstrous workload. Class is in session, work continues, bills are due. These are only a few factors that may be rocking your sanity. Ironically, today is also National Relaxation Day, and so we’ve come up with a few helpful tips to turn your monotonous Monday, into a marvelous one.
Stress: Don’t do it
As you may know, stress can do a number on our health. Psychoneuroimmunology, or the study of the correlation between psychological function and the immune system, proves this. When we stress, we have a higher chance of getting sick as well as attaining stress induced nausea, sore muscles, and fatigue. Emotionally, chronic stress can also lead to sadness and worry, and we’re not telling you this to stress you out.
How can you prevent stress? Whether it be at work, in the car or at home, we suggest taking a few minutes out of your busy schedule, and diffuse Relaxation synergy blend.
