    Hi Katherine! To err on the side of extreme safety, we don’t recommend the use of essential oils on children under two years old. You might try Lavender or Roman Chamomile hydrosol which are gentler options for little ones. You can spray them on blankets, stuffed animals or around their crib. These hydrosols promote a restful sleep and are very calming.
