Try Buddha Wood with citrus oils such as Bergamot, Sweet Orange and Lemon to add a hint of freshness and florals such as Lavender, Ylang Ylang and Rose to ease the heart and mind. For added warmth, mix in some spicy oils such as Clove and Cardamom.
How to use Buddha Wood essential oil for meditation?
  • For meditation, Buddha Wood is an excellent oil to use on its own or blended with other oils. Try diffusing this oil in a home diffuser by placing 6 drops per 100 ml of water. Turn on the diffuser intermittently for an hour at a time. Taking breaks from the aroma will help to keep your brain from disregarding it. If you prefer to blend it with other oils, try it with other base note oils, especially if you dont feel grounded such as Palo Santo, Patchouli or Frankincense.
