CALM: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 2 of drops of Valerian, 3 drops of Buddha Wood, 2 drops of Vetiver and 8 drops of Blood Orange. Or add of this blend to your Thera Lux Diffuser and diffuse for 15-30 minutes before bedtime to encourage relaxation.
BATH SALTS: Combine: 2 drops of Valerian, 3 drop of Frankincense (Carterii) and 2 drops of Lavender with 1 tablespoon Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup Epsom salts. Add to full bath and rejuvenate for 15-30 minutes.
FOOT BATH: Add the following to a full basin of warm water: 3 drops of Valerian, 5 drops of Tea Tree with one tablespoon of carrier oil and one tablespoon of salt. Mix well and soak feet for 15 minutes or as desired.
RELAXING BATH: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 2 drops of Valerian, 10 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of Orange and 3 drops of Ylang Ylang, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake well to blend. Add 1-2 teaspoons of this mixture to a full tub, relax and enjoy. (1.7% dilution)
