August 28, 2016

Our bodies were designed to fight infections, but sometimes we need a little help. And for children who go to school, their immune systems are under constant attack. Who are you going to call when the flu hits your child’s school? For us essential oil users, we grab our OK For Kids Healthy Hero blend of Lemon, Lavender, Rosalina, Sweet Marjoram and Spruce to keep kids flu-free. Healthy Hero has many of the same therapeutic properties as our Fighting Five Synergy blend, but is safe for both little ones and adults.

Kelly, as far as cleaning little hands of bacteria and germs, Healthy Hero and Germ Ease would probably be best suited for this hand soap recipe.

Thanks for your response! So any blend of oils would be appropriate for using in the hand soap recipe?

Hi Kelly! All of our OK For Kids blends can be used on children 2+. There are also many essential oils that can be used safely on children 2+, such as the ones in our OK For Kids blends.

Making this now! Are there other kid safe essential oils that can be used as well (single oils or blends)? Just looking for additional options.
