August 28, 2016

Our bodies were designed to fight infections, but sometimes we need a little help. And for children who go to school, their immune systems are under constant attack. Who are you going to call when the flu hits your child’s school? For us essential oil users, we grab our OK For Kids Healthy Hero blend of Lemon, Lavender, Rosalina, Sweet Marjoram and Spruce to keep kids flu-free. Healthy Hero has many of the same therapeutic properties as our Fighting Five Synergy blend, but is safe for both little ones and adults.

Hi Denae! That is a great idea. Healthy Hero, Sleepy Time and Sound Asleep are all great options for what you need and can be diffused or used topically.

I would like to use both something to keep my kids from getting sick and something to help them sleep well. What would you suggest topically and to diffuse? I was thinking the roll on sleepy time and diffuse healthy hero, would that be the best or do you have another combo that might be better? my kids are 3 and 5

My son is 14. Should I use OK for Kids blends for him or the regular blends?
