You wake up, for what seems like the millionth time this week feeling groggy and unable to function. Even after a cup of coffee, you can barely open your eyes.

Sleep matters when it comes to good health, and helping us function throughout the day. Most know this but still can’t get the necessary shut-eye they need to feel well rested. Luckily, numerous studies have shown that essential oils can increase the quality of sleep

To help you get a full eight hours a night, Edens Garden’s certified aromatherapists have created a pillow spray that’s sure to send you off into the restful slumber you’ve been missing. See why sweet dreams are made of EG’s DIY pillow spray.

Hi Robin! It will last between 4-6 months, depending on storage conditions.

How long will this last if not kept in the fridge?

Hi Maryann! You could use vodka, but the oil and water won’t completely mix unless it’s 190-proof alcohol.

For the DIY pilllow spray, do you have to use grain alcohol. Can I use any vodka I have at home, or does it have to be 190 proof? Thanks!
