MUSCLE BLEND: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 3 drops of Clove, 5 drops of Helichrysum, 2 drops of Peppermint and 10 drops of Copaiba, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake to mix well. Apply enough of this mixture to cover the overworked areas and massage into the skin. (2% dilution)
DIFFUSER BLEND: Add the following to a 5 ml amber glass bottle: 10 drops of Clove, 40 drops of Eucalyptus, 35 drops of Tea Tree and 10 drops of Lemon. Shake to mix well. Add several drops to your diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
FOOT SOAK: To a 2 ounce squeeze bottle add: 5 drops of Clove, 11 drops of Tea Tree and 4 drops of Geranium, then fill with Sweet Almond oil. Add 1-2 teaspoons to a foot bath and soak the feet for 30 minutes or as desired. (2% dilution)
