Our Shipping Policy
Shipping Hours
Most orders will ship out within 1 business day of ordering. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Delays Due to Outside Circumstances
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Edens Garden cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.
Customs, Duties Fees and Taxes
Please keep in mind that we do not cover any customs or duties fees and taxes in our shipping fees, as we have no control over them.
Wrong Address
If you notice in your shipping confirmation email that you entered an incorrect shipping address, unfortunately, it's too late for us to make a change. However, if your order is being shipped through USPS, you may try a USPS Package Intercept.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product(s) Policies
Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at info@edensgarden.com ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received. The product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.

Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative.
Notice to Our Canadian Customers
As of November 29, 2024, we have temporarily suspended shipments to Canada due to a service interruption from USPS. This suspension is a result of the ongoing national strike by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, which has impacted mail processing and delivery.
