Hi Aliya! Yes, you can use Friends & Family in a massage. We generally recommend a 1-2% dilution for full body massage.

Hi! Can I mix this with carrier oil and use it as body oil or massage oil? If I can, what is the maximum safe percentage dilution? Thank you.

Hello, is Friends & Family as well Spiced Latte, Cozy Cabin and Sweater Weather Kid Safe!?

I love when labels are listed as kidsafe especially the front because when looking at the bottle there is no guess work!

Thank you

Amanda T.
