CHEER: Mix together: 5 drops of Cinnamon Bark, 5 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Peppermint. Add 5 drops of this blend to your Scent Ball Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
MUSCLE BLEND: Add the following to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 1 drop of Cinnamon Bark, 3 drops of Cinnamon Leaf, 3 drops of Basil, 3 drops of Peppermint, 5 drops of Frankincense and 5 drops of Copaiba, then fill with Avocado oil and apply to needed areas. BATHROOM SPRAY: In an 8 ounce fingertip sprayer add: 20 drops of Cinnamon Bark, 10 drops of Lime, 25 drops of Lemon, 25 drops of Tea Tree, 30 drops of Litsea, 18 drops of Patchouli and 16 drops of Peppermint. Fill to the top with water. Shake well before each use. Use to clean shower, counters, sink, toilet, etc.
