- We don’t recommend applying essential oil roll-ons to your pup or administering oils orally without consulting a holistic veterinarian. Animals such as dogs metabolize essential oils very differently than humans. If choosing to use Jasmine roll-on oil around your dog, it’s important to look out for warning signs such as behavioral differences, such as whining, scratching or acting loopy. Stop using essential oils around your dog if you notice these signs, and don’t use essential oils around small dogs, puppies and pregnant dogs. If you decide to use essential oils around your dog or pet, be sure to do so in a well-ventilated room where your dog can leave if desired.
- Jasmine absolute roll-on is an unrivaled perfume aromatic. It is made from the absolute oil and the carrier oil Fractionated Coconut. Its properties offer skin cell regeneration due to its antioxidant properties and the oil acts as a potential aphrodisiac. It is made by solvent extracted from hand-picked fresh blossoms of deciduous plants in India at nighttime or early the morning before the sun rises. The solvent creates what is called a “concrete” from which the essential oil is extracted using ethyl alcohol. Some essential oils are made by alcohol extraction to protect the essential oil properties.
- It is not recommended that you use essential oils in the first trimester, which is considered the most delicate time in pregnancy. Jasmine roll-on essential oil is safe to use while pregnant when following proper safety guidelines. It is recommended that you do not use essential oils frequently, but rather minimally. Lastly, if you’re having complications, it may be best to avoid essential oils. For more information on using essential oils safely while pregnant, visit this blog.
- Jasmine absolute roll-on is prediluted for use topically with 1% Jasmine absolute oils and ready for topical use for a mood boost or to uplift spirits whenever you feel you want to use it. Only a little of this oil is needed to be effective in this blend since its aromatics are very strong and the oil is quite expensive. To use Edens Garden Jasmine essential oil roll-on on your skin, massage it into pulse points of the wrist, neck and temples as well as onto the breast bone.
- Jasmine absolute oil, Jasminum sambac, is made via solvent extraction. In solvent extraction, a solvent is combined with plant material. The solvent draws the oil out of the plant material, and the solvent and oil are then carefully separated. While it may not be possible to make Jasmine oil at home, you can make aromatic hydrosol water that contains many of the same therapeutic benefits as an essential oil.
