A new favorite!!

I had never used Niaouli until my roommate recommended it. I have been using it at night, a few drops on a warm wet washcloth, to help clear my sinuses to sleep better and it has done wonders. I have also mixed it with a bit of coconut oil and used it to massage into sore spots, it works great for that as well. Really loving this one!!

You must know the oils use

I used this oil today, because I needed an anti-histamine. I am confused at the low ratings, as it seems they were rated on smell. Every oil has multiple uses, and that is why there are so many blends on the market. The oil came in handy today; I used it in place of Benadryl for Poison Ivy, because it has the properties of an anti-histamine, among other things. We shall see how my recipe works. :) I will post in a couple of days for a follow up.

Quick sinus relief

My hayfever ended up a serious sinus infection. Nothing was helping. I diffused niaouli, and in minutes I was feeling better.

For me, nothing breaks up mucus like niaouli. A few drops in the diffuser or a whiff from an inhaler to relieve sinus pressure.

(Without too much detail - that stuff must go somewhere - be ready to cough it up or blow it out!)

Niaouli for sinus relief!

My new go to oil

I absolutely love this oil. I bought it on a whim and am so glad I did. I have knee pain and this totally helps ease the pain. Also when I had a sinus infection, this really helped to clear things up. Smells like tea tree oil. My 3 year old has croup right now and this helps him to sleep. This oil is good for so many things, everyone should have a bottle of it in their stash.

Relieves panic attacks

I read in one of my essential oils books that Niaouli is very helpful for panic attacks. As I am prone to them, I got the bottle out and kept it right on my coffee table. It wasn't long before I had a bad day and really started to panic badly. Then I saw the bottle and remembered. One to two drops on a Tissue, and inhale deeply 4-5 times. Wow, it really helped calm me down! And once I get going, it is extremely difficult for me to stop the tidal wave of panic. I'm am so glad I bought this oil (wasn't sure why at the time!) and I highly recommended trying it if you have panic attacks! Also, I got used to the strong scent and now I like it, probably because the oil is so helpful!
