Hi Brenda! Using a synergy of essential oils is typically more effective than using a single oil, but using one oil at a time is a good start. Please also note that Grapefruit is phototoxic and should not be used topically in the sun.

I am currently using Evening Primrose on my face. I put a small amount of grapefruit essential oil in it. Is this the same benefit as buying the suggested face oils advertised?
