Hi Vivian! You could increase the amounts of oils you do have for this blend. For example, create a blend of 7 drops Frankincense Serrata, 5 drops Lavender and 4 drops Rosemary Spanish in 1 oz of a carrier oil you have on hand.

I don’t have Helichrysum Italicum, Turmeric essential oils or Tamanu carrier oil.Is there any substitutes?
