1. Remove the black cap and take out the glass vial.
2. Unscrew the metal cap from the glass vial.
3. Add 5-15 drops of essential oil to the wick.
4. Insert the wick back into the glass vial and replace the metal cap.
5. Place the glass vial back into the black tube.
6. Inhale the restorative power of essential oils.
