CALM: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Buddha Wood, 5 drops of Vetiver and 5 drops of Blood Orange. Or add Buddha Wood to your Thera Lux Nebulizing Diffuser and diffuse for 15-30 minutes before bedtime to encourage relaxation.
LINEN SPRAY: Add to a 4 ounce spray bottle: 5 drops of Buddha Wood, 5 drops of Cedarwood (Atlas), 5 drops of Blood Orange and 5 drops of Sandalwood, along with 2 ounces of Lavender hydrosol and 2 ounces of Ylang Ylang hydrosol. Shake well before misting over sheets and bedding for a restful night’s sleep.
BALTH SALTS: Combine: 2 drops of Buddha Wood, 1 drop of Peppermint, 1 drop of Black Pepper and 2 drops of Frankincense with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of Epsom salts. Stir together and add to a full bath for a relaxing soak that supports recovery of strained muscles.
