BATH SALTS: Combine: 1 drop of Palmarosa, 1 drop of Peppermint, 1 drop of Frankincense (Carterii) and 2 drops of Frankincense (Serrata) with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of Epsom salts. Stir together and add to a full bath for a relaxing soak.
SPORTS MASSAGE: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 8 drops of Palmarosa, 2 drops of Lavender, 5 drops of Chamomile (Roman) and 5 drops of Rosemary, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake to mix well. Massage into sore muscles. (2% dilution)
RELEASE: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Palmarosa, 5 drops of Ylang Ylang and 5 drops of Mandarin. Or add 5-6 drops of Palmarosa to your Scent Ball Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
PROBLEM SKIN: Add to a 2 ounce bottle: 4 drops of Palmarosa, 1 drop of Geranium, 4 drops of Lavender (Spike) and 3 drops of Orange, then fill with witch hazel. Shake well before applying a couple of drops to a water-damp cotton ball and wiping oily areas around the nose, chin and forehead. Add a teaspoon of this blend to a small basin of water and soak a face cloth for larger areas. Relax and keep your eyes closed, as you apply the cloth to your entire face for a refreshing mask! (1% dilution)
INSECT SPRAY: In a 2 ounce spray bottle add: 5 drops of Palmarosa, 5 drops of Cedarwood (Himalayan), 4 drops of Lemon Eucalyptus and 6 drops of Rosemary, then fill with Lemongrass hydrosol or other hydrosol. Shake well before each use.
