What you need:

Lavender essential oil

Ylang Ylang essential oil

Bergamot essential oil

Water

1 oz. spray bottle

How to:

  1. Fill bottle with water almost to the top but leave room for essential oils.
  2. Add 5 drops of Lavender.
  3. Add 4 drops of Ylang Ylang.
  4. Add 2 drops Bergamot.
  5. Shake bottle to mix and spray when you need to de-stress.
