De-stress Mist DIY

April 02, 2017

In today’s busy world, it’s easy to let stress get the best of us. From running errands to working long hours, our schedules are often packed with to-dos and responsibilities. Since April is Stress Awareness Month, let’s reexamine the things in our life that are too emotionally heavy to carry. Today, give yourself the day off from stress. Take a deep breath and be kind to yourself. You are doing the best you possibly can and you deserve a little credit for that.

While de-stressing often comes with healthy habits like diet and exercise, aromatherapy can also help you drift away from your worries. EG has a number of synergy blends that can help relax your body and mind including Anxiety Ease and Stress Relief. Our expertly formulated Worry Less synergy blend is set to release on May 1 (be sure to check it out). To help you find space and unwind, here’s a De-Stress Mist DIY. Spritz it in the air and say goodbye to stress.

Hi Nicole! No preservative is necessary, as the grain alcohol effectively preserves the product

I am wondering if this recipe needs a perservative added to it? or is the grain alcohol enough?

I am very allergic to Lavender Essential Oil. Which oil would be a good substitute in this recipe?
