At Edens Garden, we’ve always believed in the power of nature. Inspired By The Impossible

Our goal in creating the In Bloom collection was to offer authentic floral experiences using only pure, natural ingredients. But we faced a unique challenge: many beloved floral aromas like Honeysuckle, Gardenia, and Lilac can’t be authentically distilled, or are prohibitively expensive to source as true essential oils.

Rather than compromise our standards by using synthetics, isolates, or artificial fragrance oils, our formulators took on the creative challenge of developing true-to-nature essential oil blends that perfectly mimic these florals, all while maintaining Edens Garden’s strict commitment to purity.

The result? A collection of expertly formulated, 100% natural floral blends that are exclusive, luxurious, and unlike anything else in the aromatherapy world. Each aroma was crafted to deliver the experience of a real blooming flower, without the use of synthetic perfumes, toxins, or additives.

The Formulation Process

Creating the In Bloom collection started with research, a lot of it. Our lead formulator dove deep into the chemical composition of each flower's volatiles, referencing peer-reviewed scientific articles to determine the molecules responsible for their signature aromas.

Using that data, we identified essential oils and extracts that shared overlapping aromatic compounds. From here, we began carefully blending to emulate the olfactory profiles of the flowers we were inspired by. It was an analytical, chemistry-driven process that laid a strong foundation for each blend.

But science was only half the story.

We then explored consumer scent perception, diving into how people describe and experience the aroma of flowers and floral fragrance oils. With this understanding in hand, our formulation team married chemistry with artistry to produce final blends that are both true to the flower and irresistibly pleasing to the senses.

With such a unique collection in the works, we knew the packaging and presentation needed to stand out. Our creative team began sketching label designs by hand, pulling inspiration from botanical illustrations, garden journals, and even vintage seed packets.
