After 24 hours, if you experience a reaction, please discontinue use. If you have no reaction, uncap the bottle and place the roller on your skin and roll it over any of these places on your body: temples, inner wrists, pulse points, behind the earlobes, the back of the neck, the palm of the hands and directly on problem areas.
