MASSAGE BLEND: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 8 drops of Fir Needle, 5 drops of Helichrysum, 2 drops of Peppermint and 5 drops of Copaiba, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake to mix well. Massage into the skin after bath or shower. Use one teaspoon of this blend in a full tub for a relaxing bath. (2% dilution)
CHEER: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Fir Needle, 5 drops of Lime and 5 drops of Lemon. Or add Fir Needle to your Thera Lux Nebulizing Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
MENTAL FATIGUE: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Fir Needle, 5 drops of Rosemary and 5 drops of Peppermint.
INHALATION: Add the following to a 5 ml amber glass bottle: 15 drops of Fir Needle, 20 drops of Eucalyptus (Radiata), 15 drops of Tea Tree and 10 drops of Lemon, then shake to mix well. Fill a bowl with steamy water. Add to the bowl 2 drops of the essential oil mixture. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to keep the steam in. Inhale through your nose (keep your eyes closed), breathing deeply, for several minutes, or as desired.
ROOM SPRAY: Add to a 2 ounce spray bottle: 10 drops of Fir Needle, 5 drops of Frankincense and 5 drops of Orange. Fill with water and shake well before each use; mist into the air as desired. (2% dilution)
