STIMULATE: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 5 drops of Ginger, 3 drops of Peppermint, 9 drops of Rosemary and 3 drops of Lemon, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake to mix well. Apply enough to cover the area and massage where needed to support circulation. (1.7% dilution)
INHALATION: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Ginger, 5 drops of Fennel and 5 drops of Sweet Orange.
TUMMY MASSAGE: Add: 5-6 drops of Ginger to your diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes. For a tummy massage add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 4 drops of Ginger, 5 drops of Bergamot, 3 drops of Peppermint and 8 drops of Lavender, then fill with Sweet Almond oil. Shake to mix well. Apply a teaspoon over the abdomen and massage. (1.7% dilution)
MOTION EASE: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Ginger, 5 drops of Tangerine and 5 drops of Lemon. Or add Ginger to your Thera Lux Nebulizing Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
MUSCLE MASSAGE: Combine: 1 drop of Ginger, 1 drop of Peppermint, 1 drop of Frankincense (Frereana) and 2 drops of Frankincense (Serrata) with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup Epsom salts. Stir together and add to running bath water for a relaxing soak. Alternately, make a muscle rub by adding the following to a 2 ounce bottle: 10 drops of Ginger, 6 drops of Peppermint, 10 drops of Frankincense (Serrata), 10 drops of Copaiba and 2 ounces of Avocado oil. (3% dilution)
