HAPPY THOUGHTS: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Lemon, 5 drops of Ylang Ylang and 5 drops of Rosemary. Or add 5-6 drops of Lemon to your Car Diffuser and diffuse in your car for a more fresh aroma.
RELAX: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Lemon, 5 drops of Lavender (Bulgarian or French) and 5 drops of Tangerine. Or add Lemon to your Thera Lux Diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
OILY SKIN: Add to a 2 ounce bottle: 4 drops of Lemon, 1 drop of Carrot Seed, 4 drops of Frankincense (Frereana) and 3 drops of Lavender (French), then fill with distilled water and Polysorbate 20 (manufacturer's recommended amount). Shake well before applying a couple of drops to a water-damp cotton ball and wiping oily areas around the nose, chin and forehead. Add a teaspoon of this blend to a small basin of water and soak a face cloth for larger areas. Relax and keep your eyes closed, as you apply the cloth to your entire face for a refreshing mask! Use only at night, or avoid sun exposure during daylight hours. Shelf life: 1 week (1% dilution)
CLEANING SPRAY: To an 8 ounce spray bottle add: 40 drops of Lemon, 22 drops of Cinnamon Bark and 30 drops of Tea Tree, then fill with 6 oz distilled water and 2 oz grain alcohol. Shake well before use.
