INHALATION: Add the following to a 5 ml amber glass bottle: 15 drops of Silver Fir, 20 drops of Eucalyptus (Radiata), 15 drops of Tea Tree and 10 drops of Myrtle. Shake to mix well. Fill a bowl with steamy water; add to the bowl 2 drops of the essential oil mixture, covering your head and bowl with a towel to keep the steam in. Inhale through your nose, with eyes closed. Breathe in the vapors for several minutes, or as desired.
INHALER/DIFFUSER: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Silver Fir, 5 drops of Frankincense and 5 drops of Niaouli. Or add 5-6 drops of this blend to your diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
FOOT BATH: Add to a full basin of warm water: 5 drops of Silver Fir and 3 drops of Tea Tree. Mix well and soak feet for 15 minutes or as desired.
SHAMPOO: Add to 1 tablespoon of your shampoo: 1 drop of Silver Fir and 2 drops of Tea Tree. Massage well into the scalp; rinse well before using conditioner.
OILY SKIN: Add to a 2 ounce bottle: 4 drops of Silver Fir, 1 drop of Juniper Berry, 4 drops of Orange and 3 drops of Lavender (French), then fill with witch hazel. Shake well before applying a couple of drops to a water-damp cotton ball and wiping oily areas around the nose, chin and forehead. Add a teaspoon of this blend to a small basin of water and soak a face cloth for larger areas. Relax and keep your eyes closed, as you apply the cloth to your entire face for a refreshing mask! (1% dilution)
ROOM SPRAY: In an 8 ounce spray bottle add 60 drops of Silver Fir, 40 drops of Orange, 10 drops of Cinnamon Bark and 10 drops of Peppermint, then fill with water and shake well before each use. Mist as needed to relieve musty smells and discourage pests.
SPORTS MASSAGE: Add to a 2 ounce squeeze bottle: 8 drops of Silver Fir, 2 drops of Peppermint, 5 drops of Lavender and 5 drops of Rosemary, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake to mix well. Massage into sore muscles. (2% dilution)
