FRAGRANT SACHET: Fill an empty sachet bag with dried flowers, herbs, or cotton balls. Add 6-10 drops of Spruce to the sachet filling; close and place the sachet in drawers, or hang in your closet.
CLEANING SPRAY: To an 8 ounce spray bottle add: 20 drops of Spruce, 40 drops of Lemon and 30 drops of Tea Tree, then fill with water. Shake well before each use.
UPLIFT: Add to a personal inhaler and inhale as needed: 5 drops of Spruce, 5 drops of Fir and 5 drops of Lemon. Or add 5-6 drops Spruce to your diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes.
GARGLE: Add to a 4 ounce squeeze bottle: ½ cup of warm Chamomile tea, 1 teaspoon of honey, 1 drop of Spruce and 1 drop of Tea Tree. Shake well to dissolve the honey and essential oils into the tea. Use as a gargle 2-3 times daily or as often as needed to provide relief; shake the bottle well each time before use. Utilize the whole bottle daily and make a fresh batch as needed.
MUSCLE MASSAGE: Add to a 4 ounce squeeze bottle: 8 drops of Spruce, 2 drops of Birch, 10 drops of Helichrysum, 5 drops of Peppermint and 15 drops of Copaiba, then fill with Jojoba oil and shake well to mix. Apply to overworked muscles and massage. (2% dilution)
BATH SALTS: Combine: 4 drops of Spruce, 1 drop of Spearmint and 2 drops of Pine with 1 tablespoon of Jojoba oil and 1/2 cup of Epsom salts. Add to full bath and rejuvenate for 15-30 minutes.
