Pet Safety: Essential oils are generally safe to diffuse around adult cats and dogs intermittently. Ensure the room you’re diffusing in is well-ventilated and that your pet can leave if desired. Discontinue use if you notice any adverse reaction. Avoid topical use and diffusing around young pets, small animals or pets with health problems.
- Citrus oils lead the pack when it comes to uplifting mood. The Good Life contains Lemon, Petitgrain, Neroli and a lemony cousin called Litsea (aka May Chang) essential oil. May Changs natural scent is at once relaxing to the heart and mind. Grounding out the blend to keep your feet planted on the ground is the musky, woodsy Gurjun Balsam while the lovely clean beauty of Jasmine, one of the most special plant oils on this planet, rounds out the blend.
- There are a few ways to use the luscious clean beauty of The Good Life. 1) Diffuse. Add 10 drops of The Good Life per 100 ml of water in an Essential Oil Diffuser to create a fun and uplifting atmosphere. 2} Make a DIY roller with 10-15 drops of essential oils and roll it on pulse points OR try rolling it on the palm of a hand, rubbing the hands together and cupping hands over their nose breathing in deeply 4-5x. 3) Carry a prefilled essential oil inhaler with you everywhere you go and use it as often as needed by breathing in deeply 4-5 through the nasal passages. If you like making a DIY cleaning products, try blending this into them to uplift and change any mood in the home.

- While The Good Life may not be a part of our OK For Kids line, it is safe to be diffused and applied topically to children 2+. We recently included an “OK For Kids” symbol on its label. The Good Life makes a great remedy for tense moments and anxious minds but we do not recommend to use it topically on children. Its citrus, floral and grounding aromatics can potentially soothe any nervous moments in the house when something big in their life is changing or for getting ready for big events they may be nervous about.
