Ask An Aromatherapist

Starting your Essential Oil journey can feel overwhelming. With hundreds of Essential Oils, countless Blends, and endless advice online, it's not always easy to know which information to trust. Even experienced Essential Oil users occasionally have questions about dilution, application methods, safety, or choosing the right oil for a specific purpose.

That's exactly why Edens Garden created Ask An Aromatherapist®.

Our complimentary Ask An Aromatherapist® service connects Edens Garden customers directly with our team of certified aromatherapists, making it easy to receive reliable, personalized guidance for your aromatherapy questions. Whether you're just beginning your Essential Oil journey or have years of experience, we're here to help you use Essential Oils with confidence.

Why We Created Ask An Aromatherapist®

When I first discovered aromatherapy, I remember feeling like I was standing at the beginning of a long path without a map. Every new bottle brought excitement, but also questions. How much should I dilute? Can these oils be blended together? Which Essential Oils are appropriate for my needs?

As Edens Garden's Lead Aromatherapist, I've spent years studying Essential Oils and helping others navigate those same questions. One thing has remained constant: everyone benefits from having a trusted expert to turn to.

That's the inspiration behind Ask An Aromatherapist®. We wanted to create a place where our customers could receive dependable, science-informed aromatherapy education from professionals who are passionate about Essential Oils.

Hello. Can you tell me if there are any oils to help lose weight and cholesterol. My problem is. I work 3 rd shift and my ankle is fused due to several breaks in the leg and ankle. So I have been trying to lose weight. But I don’t want to use prescription meds to do so. Thank you for your help

Hi Pat! Essential oils do not have nutritional value. They do, however, offer therapeutic benefits that can benefit people in ways that the plants from which they’re derived cannot typically.
