How To Get "Unready" With Essential Oils

March 08, 2017

A night out can mean dancing till dawn or swooning over candlelight. Getting ready typically involves mascara, lipstick and maybe a little blush. Hours are spent picking out what to wear and trying different hairstyles. The beginning of a night out is filled with expectations but it’s the end of the night that may have a lasting effect.

After a night on the town, you may feel tempted to crash into bed but taking a few extra minutes to get “unready” will keep your skin healthy and fresh. Instead of using harsh chemicals to cleanse your skin, we’ve created a step-by-step guide to getting “unready” with essential oils.

Hi Beth! We don’t necessarily recommend one carrier over the other. Castor oil is a great option

I just purchased the Age defy oil and was planning on using it on my face with a coconut oil then I heard that castor oil (cold pressed) is good for aging skin. Do you recommend one carrier or verses another to use on the face. Thanks! Love your products!!!!!!!!

Hi Maria! The face wash does most of the cleaning, but it is up to you. You might ask a dermatologist if this moisturizer will meet your specific needs

Do you recommend using the face wipes AND the cleanser or just pick one to wash the face? Also, I battle acne, so would the moisturizer work for me? Currently I use just the Age Defy in Hemp, but I’m still breaking out.

What should the luxury night moisturizer be stored in? Do you have a roll on recipe for an under eye treatment for dark circles?
