Melatonin Sleep DIYs
Sweet dreams are made of these sedative DIYs, made with Melatonin Sleep essential oil blend.
Sleep Tight Pillow Mist: Create a DIY sleep spray by mixing 15 drops of Melatonin Sleep blend, 1 tablespoon 190-proof grain alcohol, and 1.5 oz of distilled water in a glass spray bottle. Lightly mist your pillow or linens before bed for a gentle, close-range scent that can lull you to sleep.
Sweet Dreams Bath Soak: Draw a warm bath about an hour before bedtime. Combine 6 drops of Melatonin Sleep blend in 1 oz of Sweet Almond carrier oil and a few cups of Epsom salt. Add to the bathwater. Soak in the warm, aromatic water to relax your muscles and prepare your mind for sleep.
Nighty Night Lotion Bar: In a double boiler, melt 6 oz Soy Wax before adding 4 oz Tamanu carrier oil. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in 5 ml of Melatonin Sleep blend. Pour the mixture into a silicone lotion bar mold and cool in the fridge until the lotion bars are fully hardened. Remove from the molds and store in a cool, dark area.
Sleep Stone Massage: Run a smooth, clean stone under hot water until the stone is warm. Cover the stone in a diluted mixture of 12 drops of Melatonin Sleep blend and 1 oz carrier oil.
