Why We Love Sunshine Spice Synergy Blend

It could be a flat tire, an unexpected argument or disappointment that can run us off the road of our sanity. Our thoughts can get the best of us even when everything is going according to plan. And sometimes, we just have a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.

The good news is that aromatherapy can work wonders on the mood, helping you smooth away stress. One of our favorite synergy blends to diffuse to combat the blues is Sunshine Spice. It’s citrusy and peppery aroma helps to uplift and inspire positive thinking.

A recent study out of Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health found that having an optimistic outlook on life may help you live longer. It can also lower rates of depression, lead to a stronger immune system and healthier heart. Along with healthy habits and regular exercise, aromatherapy can be a supportive tool for a happier mindset.

An increasingly popular blend, Sunshine Spice is a mix of Sweet Orange, Cinnamon Bark, Cinnamon Leaf, Gurjun Balsam, Camphor and Eucalyptus. Its complex aroma is energizing to both the body and mind.

Through the inhalation of essential oils, you are activating the limbic system which is the part of the brain that manages emotions. The Sweet Orange essential oil in Sunshine Spice can help alleviate anxiety and reduce stress. Some studies show that Eucalyptus can help increase cognitive performance while having a calming effect. It also helps you breath more deeply by having an analgesic effect on the respiratory system.

Containing both Cinnamon Bark and Cinnamon Leaf essential oils, Sunshine Spice can help you tune into those very important positive thoughts. In addition to releasing the toxicity of negative thinking, practice being kind to yourself when stressful moments erupt. If you’re looking for a unique aroma to boost your mood, Sunshine Spice might become your new go-to.

This Sunshine Spice was just what I needed. It helped me calm my nerves and focus all that nervous energy into concentrating on what I was studying. I never want to run out of this one!
