Muscle Relief Body/ Massage Oil

It feels good on my skin; however, I don't like the medicinal odor which is light and not overwhelming. Liked it enough I bought another one.

I love using this as a massage oil. My husband gets tense shoulders easily and this oil is our go to.

I was introduced to Edens Garden by massage therapists and thank goodness. Recently had my 2nd knee surgery and body oil Muscle Relief has helped a great to ease pain after my shifts as a floor nurse. I also love Breathe Easier, Bug Bite Relief, and recently tried Citrus Cream which is yummy.

I have chronic tightness in my neck & shoulders that often leads to headaches and a clenched jaw. I started using this blend with some of the massage techniques I was given in physical therapy and I've noticed greater relief from the muscle tension. Most importantly I have longer durations of relief. The only drawback for me is that I'm not a huge fan of minty smelling oils (it reminds me of medicated rubs to some degree) but the benefits I'm feeling far outweigh the fact that it isn't a scent I'd usually gravitate toward.

Even though this is for muscle relief, it has a wonderful fresh "wintergreen with a lift" aroma-not medicinal at all. When my hands feel stiff from arthritis I like to rub this muscle therapy oil liberally into my hands. It smells amazing, deeply moisturizes my skin and cuticles, and soothes those inflamed joints. No need to wait until your joints ache to use it though-it moisturizes dry skin nicely. Loved it so much I bought the muscle relief synergy blend essential oil, which smells just as good!
