How to Use

To add essential oils to a weighted blanket, dilute one of the aforementioned blends to 25% (150 drops per 1 oz of carrier oil) in a stock bottle. This is to reduce the risk of interacting with undiluted essential oils on the skin. Then add 5-10 drops of the diluted blend to the top of the weighted blanket before bed. Deep breathing exercises may also help to create an atmosphere of relaxation, while also taking in the benefits and aroma of the essential oils. Lastly, sleep well.

*Note, we recommend first adding a drop of oil to an inconspicuous area of the blanket to ensure it does not stain.
