Good Night is an even blend of Lavender, Sweet Marjoram, Chamomile, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Key Lime, Lime and Vanilla CO2. Made with care from our top quality oils and, as always, Edens Garden essential oils are never diluted or mixed with additives.

Pet Safety: Essential oils are generally safe to diffuse around adult cats and dogs intermittently. Ensure the room you’re diffusing in is well-ventilated and that your pet can leave if desired. Discontinue use if you notice any adverse reaction. Avoid topical use and diffusing around young pets, small animals or pets with health problems.
- Good Night’s soothing aroma creates a restful atmosphere at bedtime making it the best essential oil for a restful sleep. This balanced sleep essential oil blend combines Lavender, Sweet Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, Sandalwood, Key Lime, Lime and Vanilla CO2 to help you get the zzz’s you need to fall asleep with ease. Good Night has a soft, powdery, clean aroma, with an overall impression of Lavender. Sweet, relaxing Ylang Ylang and woody Sandalwood support the aroma to provide complexity and depth. Finally, Good Night offers hints of refreshing citrus fruits to ensure it’s not overly sweet.
- The most effective ways to use Good Night for improved sleep quality are 1.) Diffuse 30 minutes before bedtime for deep sleep. 2.) Dilute and apply topically to wrists and temples. 3.) Add 6 drops to 2 tbsp of carrier oil and 2 tbsp of Epsom salt, then add to a nightly bath. 4.) Alternatively, try prediluted Good Night roll-on, Good Night room spray or Good Night bath salt.
- Because babies are susceptible to their environment, we do not recommend using Good Night on or around children under 2 years old. Diluted oils, let alone essential oils in their pure forms can be overwhelming for babies, as their metabolisms are underdeveloped. If you do choose to use essential oils around your baby, we suggest passive or intermittent active diffusion for 5-10 minutes at a time. Topical application of Good Night on your baby is unnecessary and not recommended. Check with your child’s pediatrician before using essential oils.
- Good Night can be diffused with caution around cats and dogs, but it should not be applied topically. Make sure there is proper ventilation and that your pet has the ability to leave the room if desired. If in doubt, ask a vet with aromatherapy experience for safety guidelines for your pet, or avoid essential oil use around your pet altogether.
