I love these oils. I need a lot of help when it comes to sleep and RLS and these have been a saving grace. I do wish I could have 2 of the Goodnights but it's all good.

Works Really Well!

I am 100% impressed with this sleep essential blend set. I have seen such a difference in my sleep, I am so thrilled. I diffuse these in our bedroom an hour before bed (while we are in the room) during our wind-down time before bed. We will hang out near the diffuser until we're ready for sleep. So happy to have these in my life. I will buy it again and recommend it to anyone! I've struggled with nightmares and falling asleep for years. I fall asleep quickly and don't have nightmares barely at all - thank the Lord! (My dreams may come back if my sleep cycle is broken for a trip to the bathroom in the wee hours of the morning.) I sleep soundly and through most of the night!

Calm, Peace and Rest Heaven

This was a birthday gift. I had already purchased 4 of the synergy blends in the set individually and I love them, so I knew it was worth having all 6. Then I smelled the other 2 and all I could think of was heaven and floating on clouds. Not only that, but I feel like I'm living luxuriously whenever I use them, whether in a diffuser, carrier oil, epsom salt, or spray. I highly recommend this set, it's a relax, relax situation.

Perfect for indecisive people like me

I couldn't decide which one of these sleep blends so I purchased this set. Good night is my favorite but I use all 3. Sleep ease is more of a calmer since it's more of a relaxing aid than a sleeping aid to me. Tranquility smells so delicious and really calms me down.
