Our Favorite Essential Oil Diffuser Recipes for Mind, Body & Soul
It’s the 21st century. Gone are the days when mental health and a connection to the soul are put on the backburner while physical health is emphasized. We now know that a burdened mind and spirit can manifest into physical issues such as heart disease, asthma, stomach problems, headaches and more. Likewise, physical problems can lead to a heavy spirit and mind. To help you along in your pursuit of mind, body and soul wellness, we’ve developed some essential oil blends that may help clear the interference blocking the connection to yourself.
Mind
If being grounded and stress-free is what you seek, look no further than these three oils. Patchouli creates equilibrium, Lemongrass quiets stressful thoughts and Clove Bud soothes body and mind.
2 drops Patchouli
1 drop Clove Bud
1 drop Lemongrass
Frequent difficulties and hardships are a symptom of living, but you don’t have to let that get to you. Clear away the clouds in your mind with an uplifting blend of concentration-aiding Eucalyptus, reviving Grapefruit and calming Lemongrass.

Citrus oils are often high in limonene which acts as a tonic in the body. Three oils that make up one of our favorite tonics are Clementine, Key Lime and Tangerine for their fabulous aromas and how they make us feel upon popping them in the diffuser.
