Essential Oil Quick Tips For Everyday Upsets

Headache: Apply Head-A-Sore-Us or Head Ease to both temples and inhale. Dilute to 2%.

Throat: Combine 12 drops Sandalwood Australian, 3 drops Greek Lavender, 3 drops Opoponax and 1 oz Tamanu carrier oil. Apply to the front and back of your throat morning, afternoon and night.
Aches: Apply Aches & Pains roll-on to areas of discomfort. Alternatively, dilute Muscle Relief, Massage Therapy or Circu-Touch to 3-4% and use as needed.
Stress: Relaxing blends of Stress Relief, Worry Less, Be Still or Tranquility can help to relieve daily stressors. Inhale using a personal pocket inhaler.
Allergies: Diffuse Pollen Buster to keep you and your space, allergen free. Alternately, diffuse 5 drops Lavender, 3 drops Helichrysum italicum, 3 drops Tea Tree and 3 drops Laurel Leaf.
Energy: Inhale Energy Boost, Awake & Aware or Good Morning to stay on top of your game throughout the day.
Sleep: Diffuse Good Night, Sound Asleep, Sleepy Head or Sleep Ease 20-30 minutes before bed. While traveling, dab the Sleep Ease roll-on to temples and below the nose.
Break outs: Apply the pre-diluted Tea Tree roll-on to breakouts, both morning and night.
